Who we are
The data controller is Acceler8. Contact us at info@anthonytoday.com about anything in this notice.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: your name, work email, firm name, role and any note you add.
- Your consent: the date and time you ticked the consent box, and the version of this notice.
- Abuse protection: a one-way, salted hash of your network address, kept for about 24 hours to limit repeated submissions. We cannot turn it back into your address.
We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it
- To reply to your pilot request and arrange a call.
- To run the pilot if you take part.
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse.
We use your details on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect use before you withdrew it.
How long we keep it
We keep form details for 12 months after you send the form, then delete them. An automatic clean-up removes form details older than 12 months and hashed network addresses older than 24 hours.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
- Cloudflare hosts this website, and stores form submissions in its database service, acting as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the UAE.
- We may disclose details where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@anthonytoday.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the version and date above.
